Nümph is a Danish fashion brand with strong roots in B2B, with countless retailers in Denmark and across Europe. The brand is well established in the wholesale channel, but faced a new ambition: to turn their own webshop into a real and profitable B2C channel.

The challenge
Nümph had the foundation most brands spend years building: a strong brand, broad distribution and a well-functioning B2B setup. But the webshop channel wasn't yet where it needed to be. They lacked a performance partner who didn't just know advertising, but understood what it takes to build e-commerce from the ground up in a competitive fashion market.
The task was clear: take an established B2B brand and turn it into a standalone, profitable B2C channel - starting in Denmark, with ambitions to scale across Europe.
The solution
Seasonal content as a growth engine
Nümph has a natural advantage: they continuously produce strong visual content from their photoshoots. Our job was to take that content and turn it into advertising that performed - not just looked good. We focused on continuously highlighting new seasonal arrivals and making sure the ads stayed fresh and relevant in step with the collections.
A complex setup across platforms and markets
Our primary platform was Meta, but the strategy was far from simple. We ran an advanced setup to test audiences systematically and activated Cross Border Business ads, so content and ad copy automatically adapted to the user's location and language. That means a user in the Netherlands saw it in Dutch - and one in Denmark in Danish.
Snapchat was integrated to hit the consumer on an additional channel, create an omni-channel experience and expand the total reach to segments that aren't always exposed through the primary platforms.
Direct CRO and lead collection
We weren't just advisors. We implemented direct changes on Nümph's webshop focused on conversion optimization and were proactive in collecting leads for Nümph's email marketing, which became an important part of total revenue.
Three markets. One strategy.
The mission was to conquer Denmark first, and then scale into the Netherlands and Germany. All three markets were successfully captured - with tailored setups that respected the local markets and didn't simply copy the Danish setup directly.
